Will Hicks joined Bridgespan Capital as Managing Director in 2006. Three years prior to joining, he was a consultant to Bridgespan Capital on operational and strategic issues. Currently, Will oversees all financial and operational aspects of the business, including investment oversight, workout strategies, accounting, audit, stakeholder relationships (investors, bank capital) and fundraising. He is also responsible for certain development projects and workouts. Prior to Will's consulting work, he headed the private equity investments division of a Fortune 500 Corporation. He was a stock analyst for a Wall Street investment bank and was a Wall Street Journal All-Star Analyst in 1996. Will graduated with a MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 1991 and a BA from Duke University in 1986.

Mike Morris has worked in the real estate industry in the Pacific Northwest for more than a decade. Since 2004, he has served as the lead underwriter and loan-servicing agent for Bridgespan Capital, managing underwriting, loan workouts, resolving title issues, asset risk analysis, foreclosure management, asset divestitures and project management. Mike is a licensed Oregon real estate agent and holds both an MBA and BA in business. Prior to working at Bridgespan, Mike managed all the Pacific Northwest properties for Albertsons Grocery stores. Mike's wide ranging experience gives him unique skills to successfully negotiate favorable terms for clients.

Jim Kean, currently an agent for Bridgespan Capital on a project-specific basis, founded the company in 2003. While managing director of Bridgespan Capital, he focused on development projects and fundraising. Prior to launching Bridgespan, Jim was president and co-founder of Sapient Health Network (SHN), a pioneer in establishing online healthcare communities. SHN was sold to WebMD in 1999. After SHN, Jim served as Entrepreneur in Residence with Alloy Ventures of Palo Alto, acting as a senior executive to assist portfolio companies. He graduated in 1984 from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR. In 1991, he received his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
