$160,000 Portland, OR. Commercial Business in North Portland. Borrower required Capital to expand his current business. Since business was in a leased building, Bridgespan used a creative mix of collateral to fund this request and contribute to the business growth.
$1,100,000 – Wilsonville, OR. 5100 sf Single Family Residence. Bridgespan provided acquisition and construction capital to complete this impressive home on 1.5 acres.
$1,235,000 – Kona, HI. Bridgespan provided acquisition & renovation capital on this high end home in Keauhou Estates. Borrower successfully sold off fractional shares of this exclusive home and has subsequently repeated this business model.
$450,000 Tigard OR. 2 Loans were used in this acquisition, land entitlement, and construction of a duplex. Borrower needed immediate funds to save this project after getting stuck in city red tape..
$670,000 East Multnomah County, OR. Borrower needed acquisition funds in order to land bank 6 lots with different closing dates. Bridgespan was able to accomplish this through 3 loans. When these borrowers’ current projects are completed, he will be able to keep his crews busy with ready to build on lots.
$735,000 Olympic Peninsula, WA. Borrower owned several view lots in the Port Angeles & Sequim area and needed capital to use toward constructing several homes for re-sale. Bridgespan was able to provide a cross collateralized loan that perfectly fit the needs of this builder.
$905,000 Kalama, WA. 21+ acres of raw land. Bridgespan provided acquisition, site entitlement, & site development capital to create this new Columbia View development. This process for this 1st time developer was complex & lengthy and Bridgespan was able to accommodate the changing needs of the borrower time and time again.
$404,000 Portland OR. Bridgespan provided acquisition and renovation funds for this beautiful remodel in SE Portland.
$510,000 Portland OR. Bridgespan provided acquisition and renovation funds for this 6 bd/4 bth beautiful remodel in the Laurelhurst neighborhood in SE Portland.
$338,000 – Washougal, WA. Bridgespan provided take-out financing on a existing note and new construction capital for this SFR redevelopment project on 5+ acres for these 1st time investors.
$560,000 – Nehalem, OR. Lot Acquisition and Construction Capital for this stunning lot located in the exclusive Nehalem Point development.
$1,800,000 – Discovery Harbour, HI. Bridgespan provide acquisition capital for 31 entitled lots on the Big Island of Hawaii. Borrower had 10 days to close these deal and his original funding source fell off at the last moment but Bridgespan was able to step in and thoroughly underwrite and fund this successful investment.
$544,000: Salem, OR. Bridgespan provided capital for the construction and sale of two 3000+ sf homes in a new golf course sub-division.
$670,000 Warrenton, OR. Bridgespan provided acquisition, site development, and Verticle construction funds for this 4-plex rental in the up and coming town of Warrenton, OR.
$330,000 – Milwaukie, OR: This former Bridgespan Property was sold with Bridgespan carrying back a portion of the sale as a loan. This seller financing is giving the borrower more financial flexibility into the probable development of 18 Units.
